Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for institutional partners, developing and implementing strategies to deepen partnerships
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and seamless integration of partner systems into our platform.
• Identify and execute on opportunities for improvement via collaborating with cross-functional teams and partner feedback
• Track and report on the success of partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date on market trends and the competitive landscape to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of our partners.
• Oversee the onboarding of new partners, ensuring a seamless integration with our systems and continuous support.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related fields
• Demonstrated ability to establish and grow strong, collaborative partnerships with institutional stakeholders.
• Strong network and knowledge within the Web3 ecosystem
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Ability to collaborate with team members in a remote-first, global setting
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
