Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational activities, including funds tracking, budgeting, legal compliance, contract administration, and general administrative support.
• Investigate and resolve escalated cases with a focus on customer satisfaction and root-cause analysis.
• Ensure timely handling of high-priority support operations or disputes. 
• Identify and implement automation or tooling solutions to streamline recurring operational tasks.
• Work cross-functionally to enhance internal documentation, SOPs, and communication processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product, BD) and external partners to monitor and analyze token and DeFi operations.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in an operations role within the web3 space, preferably with stablecoin experience
• Track record of working in a lean, fast-paced environments
• Detail-oriented with solid organisational skills to manage multiple operational threads simultaneously under time-sensitive conditions.
• Strong collaborator who is capable with working across different internal teams
